SHIPPING AND ORDERS
1. When will my order be shipped?
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase on weekdays (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Shipping within the United States generally takes 2–5 business days from the date of purchase, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.
2. Do you ship internationally?
International shipping times vary based on destination and carrier. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
3. How can I track my order?
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
4. What should I do if my package is delayed?
Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, Creative Passion is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
1. What is the return policy?
Returns
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30-days of the purchase date. Unfortunately, returns or exchanges will not be accepted after this period
- To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required
- Condition: To qualify for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags still attached.
- Exclusions: Custom-made products, personalized items, accessories, and clearance/sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns.
Refunds
- Approval Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Method: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank account or contact your credit card company first, as it may take several business days for the refund to be officially posted.
- Contact your bank to see if there is a pending transaction.

Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Do your clothes run true to size, small, or large?
All clothes run true to size. Unisex fit. Size down for a more fitted look. Size up for an oversized fit.
3. Where can I find material information?
Material information for clothing is primarily found on the permanent care label, usually sewn into the inner side seam, back neck, or waistband
