Refund policy

RETURNS

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30-days of the purchase date.  Unfortunately, returns or exchanges will not be accepted after this period
  • To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • Condition: To qualify for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags still attached.
  • Exclusions: Custom-made products, personalized items, accessories, and clearance/sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns.


REFUNDS

  • Approval Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Method: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

  1. Check your bank account or contact your credit card company first, as it may take several business days for the refund to be officially posted.
  2. Contact your bank to see if there is a pending transaction.

EXCHANGES

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
