Refund policy
RETURNS
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30-days of the purchase date. Unfortunately, returns or exchanges will not be accepted after this period
- To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required
- Condition: To qualify for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags still attached.
- Exclusions: Custom-made products, personalized items, accessories, and clearance/sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns.
REFUNDS
- Approval Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Method: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
- Check your bank account or contact your credit card company first, as it may take several business days for the refund to be officially posted.
- Contact your bank to see if there is a pending transaction.

EXCHANGES
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
